CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

For written cancellations after tour booking confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply

60 days or more prior to the departure date of the tour: Loss of deposit(s)

60 days or less prior to the departure date of the tour: 100% of tour cost.

ITB reserves the right to cancel any tour in the event that the minimum number of participants has not been reached. In such cases, all payments received from you will be refunded to you (less an administration fee of $100) and ITB will be released from any and all liability to you.

The tour price shown is in US $ and is based on the current exchange rate. If there is a change at the time of payment, you will be notified to pay the difference. A full refund is guaranteed if you choose to cancel.
