ITB (India Travel Boutique) Terms and Conditions


To reserve your place on any of our group or individual tours in India, a non-refundable deposit per guest is required.

20% of the tour price must be paid as a deposit.

Remaining balance is required 45 days prior to tour start.

Once we receive your deposit, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Please note that your space on the tour is not reserved until you have received written confirmation from us. Early reservations are recommended as space is limited.


Independent contractors, who are agents but not employees of ITB, provide services associated with our tours, such as accommodations, all forms of transportation and any other services required for the tour. India Travel Boutique is arranging these services only as an agent for the individual participant.

In order to enhance the quality of the client’s experience, or due to local conditions beyond our control, ITB reserves the absolute right to adapt, modify or alter the proposed itinerary.

Participants agree that ITB is not liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, personal injury, death or property loss caused by the acts, negligence or default of any company or person providing services to ITB.

ITB shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death or damage for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, imprisonment, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, riots, strikes, changes in government regulations, airline or other travel operations.

By submitting the “Make A Booking” button above, the Participant or an authorized representative agrees to accept and be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this form.

A comprehensive medical and travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover eventualities such as cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
