Celebrated over five days, it involves lighting oil lamps, decorating homes, exchanging gifts, and feasting on sweets, culminating in the worship of Goddess Lakshmi for prosperity.
I have developed an integrative yoga path rooted in Vedic culture, blending ancient yoga wisdom with practical philosophy. In this workshop, you will be introduced to this path, offering a gateway to spiritual development. You’ll also learn how to incorporate these teachings into your daily life—perfect for countering the stress and pressures of modern living.
This retreat is designed to equip you with the tools to transform a restless, rushed mindset into a balanced, holistic lifestyle. The ultimate goal? Achieving harmony of body, mind, and soul.
The Vedic culture is the oldest continuous culture and the foundation of Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation. This philosophy provides practical solutions to align your body, mind, and soul. We teach you these principles through simple, accessible steps—both theoretical and practical—so you can recharge for the year ahead.
If you’re seeking a mindful journey inward, we’ve planned a special retreat in India, themed “Journey to Yourself.” Take this opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
