Note: This itinerary is fully customizable as per your wish.

On this classic India tour you will discover the grandeurs of the capital City Delhi, the holy spirit of Sanatan Dharma, the great energy of Yoga and various Ahrams in Haridwar and Rishikesh.  The tour begins in India’s glorious capital, Delhi. Explore both the vibrant Old  Delhi and the sophisticated New Delhi.

Haridwar is the spiritual capital city of India for Hindus and is situated at an altitude of 294 meters. The name Haridwar means “the Dwar of Hari” or “the Door of Lord Vishnu”. Vishnu’s footprint on the banks of the holy river in Haridwar is revered by pilgrims. The city is situated at the base of the Shiwalik hills and is located on the western banks of the River Ganga. The Ganga emerges from its last gorge here and begins a 2,000-kilometre journey through the plains of UP, Bihar and West Bengal before finally reaching the Bay of Bengal. The Ganges River waters the large areas of land with canals and wells. Haridwar is an ancient city dating back to 1400 AD, mentioned by the Chinese traveller Hiuen Tsang. Timur, during his bloody campaign in North India, invaded Haridwar in 1399 because of its riches. The city is also known for its association with various episodes of the Mahabharata.

Not to forget that Rishiskesh offers splendid white sand beaches on the Ganges for the children to play around.
