India Travel Boutique has developed an integrative yoga path according to the Vedic culture of the Indians, incorporating ancient yoga knowledge and practical philosophy. Anyone who takes part in this workshop will be introduced to this path of yoga and thus given the chance to experience and develop their spirituality. Each participant is instructed on how to incorporate this knowledge into everyday life, in which we are all too often exposed to stress, tension and high pressure to perform due to today’s lifestyle.
The workshop is intended to give everyone the tools with which they can transform their restless and rushed attitude towards life into a holistic lifestyle. The end goal would be a balance of body, mind and soul.
The Vedic culture from the pre-Christian period is the oldest continuous culture of humanity and the cradle of Ayurveda, yoga and meditation. This philosophy offers tangible solutions to bring our body, mind and soul into harmony. We teach you this unique and beneficial experience in simple, small steps in theory and internships to recharge your batteries for the whole year.

Drive to Agra. Visit to Tajmahal and the Red Fort. Dinner and overnight in Agra.
Drive to Jaipur. After arrival, you have free time. Dinner and overnight in Jaipur
In the morning visit to the Amer Fort. In the afternoon, visit the city palace and the largest observatory in the world
Drive to Pushkar. Visit the only Brahma Temple in the world and stroll through the colorful bazaar of Pushkar.
Drive to Chandelao near Jodhpur.

Daily program:
7 a.m. – Wake-up call
7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. – Suryanamaskar (sun greetings) followed by sound healing with live music according to the Brahma Nada tradition
08.30 – Breakfast
10.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Lecture on a different topic every day such as yoga, meditation, music, meditation, pranayamama, Brahma Nada, Kundalini
12.30: Lunch
4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Meditation with live spiritual music
6 to 7.30 p.m. – Live concert, a different concert with a different artist every day
7.30 p.m. – Dinner (Satwik diet according to Ayurvedic principles for detoxification of the body)
On Day 13: MOONBATH (a unique moon bath experience). You know sunbathing, but does anyone know moonbathing? This is what they do in India on a full moon night. The body is smeared with various Ayurvedic herbs and you lie under the full moon for an hour and the moonlight bathes you and works wonders. Let yourself be surprised.
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur. Visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. Overnight in Jodhpur
